Delete your account.

In the app

Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll confirm by typing, and then it's done — no emails to wait for, no retention window.

Two rules protect your family on the way out:

• If you own a household that still has other members, Kythli asks you to transfer ownership or remove them first. The household's shared plans belong to everyone in it, so deleting them out from under your family is never implied.
• If you're the only member, your household is deleted with you — and any Kythli Family subscription is canceled at the same moment, so nothing keeps charging.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in email
• Your household (when you're its only member): every invitation, membership record, and the encrypted sync data our relay briefly holds — which we could never read anyway
• Your device registrations

Anything stored only on your phone — including backups and exports you've saved — stays yours, on your device, under your control. If you want a readable copy of your data, use Settings → Backup & restore → Export as JSON before deleting.
